At UNSKN, every journal is handcrafted in small batches using genuine leather. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, and markings are natural and part of each product’s uniqueness.
Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.
📦 Returns
We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in original condition.

The return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers must provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Products with natural leather variations (marks, wrinkles, color differences)

Used or damaged items after delivery

Customized or personalized products

Orders returned without prior approval
Natural imperfections are part of genuine leather and are not considered defects.
🔁 Replacement or Refund
Once your request is approved, we will offer one of the following:

Replacement product, or

Refund to the original payment method
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
🚚 Return Shipping

If the item is damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs will be covered by UNSKN.

For approved international returns, instructions will be provided via email.
❌ Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase before processing begins.
After production or shipment starts, cancellations may not be possible.
🌍 International Orders
International customers may be responsible for customs duties or import taxes charged by their country. These charges are non-refundable.
